Order & payment

All prices shown are incl. Danish VAT and other taxes. The prices are daily prices. The price at the time of ordering is the current price for the purchase. Ora Mora reserves the right for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as out-of-stock items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

Order

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation by email. Should you not receive this confirmation, check your spam first, then contact us. You will also receive a new email when your order has been dispatched. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please contact us.

Payment

We offer several possible payment methods. The most secure, and the form of payment we recommend, is payment by credit card.

When paying by electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been dispatched. This does not apply to the purchase of Pre-order products. When buying pre-order products, there will be an advance payment. This means that your payment, exceptionally, will be completed before it has been dispatched.

Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.

When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.

Ora Mora can write down the amount paid at any time - if e.g. a product is sold out or not wanted anyway. But for security reasons, I can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Complaint

Naturally, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Which means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product as a result of mishandling on the part of the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.

We reserve the right to reject all returns sent without our approval. Always contact us before returning a return, exchange or complaint.
