Ora Mora sends all packages from Denmark
Denmark: 1 - 4 workdays delivery
Standard delivery to parcel shop with Bring - DKK 39.
- Free shipping from 999 DKK - Does not apply for orders with discount.
Or DAO home delivery - DKK 59.

EU: 3 - 10 days delivery
Standard delivery: Postnord maxi letter - 6-15 EUR

Pre-order
If you buy a pre-order product, you must be aware that there is a longer delivery time than usual. There will always be a time estimate for when we expect the product to be in stock again (you can find this under the product). If you buy a product that is in stock together with a pre-order product, these products will (as a rule) be sent together when the pre-order product comes back into stock.

- Fill in your 7-digit order number (0000000) and the email used to order.
- Select the refund method: Return, exchange or giftcard.

Contacts us on our chat, and we will help you. Let us know your order number and which product(s) you wish to return. Everything you need to know about shipping informations and details, will be stated in the confirmation email you will receive from us.
Conditions
We offer a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your package. If the 14 days have been exceeded, the package will not per automatically be sent back to the customer, you may to have a store credit issued.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for paying for the shipment yourself.
In the event that you as a customer refuse to receive the package or do not pick up the package at the parcel shop, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for any costs for return shipping and or redelivery. - Will be deducted from the return amount upon receipt.
We will not take your package back if:

The product is in a different condition than received

The product is not properly packed

The package has been sent to the parcel shop

If you exceed the 14-day return period
Promotions and gifts
If you have purchased goods and received a quantity discount or gifts, the following applies: quantity-limited discounts are waived if one or more goods are returned. If you receive a gift, it must be returned, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct the price of the gift upon return.
Unclaimed packages
You can NOT return a product by not picking up the package. In the event that you as a customer refuse to receive the package or do not pick up the package at the parcel shop before it is sent back, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for any costs for return shipping and or redelivery. - Will be deducted from the return amount upon receipt.
Refund
Returned products will be refunded to the payment card with which the order was paid.
